Good location and basic clean rooms. Also quiet.
Many mosquitoes in the room and the bathroom! Breakfast was disgusting – very little on offer and large flies cruising over what was displayed! Coffee was totally undrinkable. For 8 euros? When I said I did not want it, I was still forced to pay the 8 euros!
Nice hotel but not very close to metro station. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Piata Romana station.
The location is good on a quit street within walkin distance to the city centre. Friendy staff. Clean rooms. Good value, however I think that some of the reviews here claiming that the hotel is better than some 5-star hotels is bit excatrated.
The breakfast was not very good
The help of hotel staff, every question was a detailed explanation of what to do and how to get around the city ,Hotel Staff dynamic young students, some of them students for tourism
Breakfast limited. Sausages and cheese very poor quality. Industrial jam. Good toast.
The reception employees were very accomodating. Very nice staff. The bathrooms were very clean and modern. The area was safe, near some Embassies.
When I walked into the room to have breakfast, my first thought was, "I missed breakfast, they've already started to clear the food out". But in reality, that was the full breakfast selection. It was not only a small and limited selection, but also not fresh.
The staff extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful, going well beyond what was necessary. The room was very comfortable and clean.
I would have liked there to be at least one english language channel on the TV.
This hotel is better than quite a few 5 star hotels I stayed in. The only thing I can fault it on is that the curtains are not blocking out light well. But everything else is excellent. A very quiet hotel in the middle of noisy Bucharest, in the embassy upmarket district. Pleasant and motivated staff I thought no longer existed ! Some noise in the morning if you are near the outside breakfast area. Love the marble everywhere, high quality feel.
Curtains let through light. Noise from breakfast area in the morning. But that is being picky !!
Very comfortable and safe hotel, quiet despite of location in the center of Bucarest. Good location for visiting parks and Peasant Museum. Extremely polite staff
The location close to city center, helpfull staff.
Friendly staff, excellent service, very clean rooms & spacious.
Very good location, clean rooms and hotel, willing and kind personnal.
Excellent central location yet incredible quiet, friendly staff, nice warm rooms.
Although located about 1 mile from the old town where all the night life is located, it was a very comfortable hotel located in a safe, quiet area yet only a brief walk from the main shopping road. The underground metro is within 5 minutes walk making access easy around the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, good size and comfortable.
Hotel staff is really nice and helpful. Clean rooms. Quiet and I sleep very well every night. Breakfast is good but can be better. I like the coffee!
Be aware of the distance from the bus station or metro. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk from the station to the hotel. If you don't have much luggage, maybe less than 10 minutes...
Very good location right next to the Cemberlitas stop on the lrt, but far away enough (1 block) that there wasn't any noise. Well priced, and friendly staff. Room was well-kept up and clean.
Technically, the room had a window, although it opened into an interior vent area. (The booking could have been more clear about this).
